What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you are ready to stay away from your family and friends for a few months at least, as many people get homesick. If you want to earn good money you will have to work hard

Do some research in to recruitment and how it works. If you have not done a sales job before, be prepared to sell! Contribute as much as possible in the assessment day if you get to that stage.
