What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do it! This scheme can take you anywhere you want to go. If you're interested in the nuclear industry but don't know exactly why/ where to go/ what it is/ how it works this is the scheme for you. Go in with an open mind and take absolutely every opportunity you get.
The best way into the scheme is to show that you are enthusiastic and interested in the industry
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview process is a 2-day crash course. It's hard work but good fun. My best bit of advice is be nice and be true to yourself, it's as much a chance for you to show them what you have as it is for nucleargrads to show you what they are.
