What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

You'll need to be someone who is confident, can communicate effectively and can cope with rejection. If you can do all that then prepare to be in one of the most challenging, varied and exciting positions imaginable!!!

Do you have any interview tips?

Let your personality shine through - being professional and competent is a good start, but it won't get you a role at Pareto. You need to have more personality and be someone who is prepared to support others in the business; the good news is that the business as a whole will support you in return, and that the people you work with will ensure that there's never a dull moment!!
