What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would say to try to tailor your CV to reflect the job description as much as possible. Also, if you are currently in a role, mention why are you looking to leave, for example, Career Progression.

Peninsula want people with passion- take the opportunity to show that you love HR!
Make sure you research Peninsula and have an understanding of our clients and what we provide to them.
I would also say to enjoy the interview, although it was challenging, I genuinely came out of my interview having had a great experience.
