What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Tailor your qualifications and experiences to the job description. As a new graduate this may be your first job coming out of university so don’t feel like your waitress job you did as a part time job won’t apply to this position. Be creative in showing how your experience will put you above the rest of the candidates.
Do you have any interview tips?
So you have made it this far based on paper alone. At the interview stage, my advice would be to be yourself. These are the people you are going to be working with day in and day out so they need to see not only that you are the right fit for the company but that the company is the right fit for you. Be confident, be yourself and be passionate about the role you have applied for.
