What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and talk about your achievements and activities outside of university. The construction graduate scheme is more about who your are and your willingness to elarn about Oil and Gas construction, than your academic achievements at university.
Do you have any interview tips?
Similar to application advice. Talk about times you've dalt with construction activities. Particularly mention Health and Safety as this is Petrofacs number 1 value. Topics such as coordination and planning are very important in thsi industry so discussing times where you used these would be good too.
