What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would recommend conducting thorough research on the company. Petrofac have six values that are common to employees worldwide so candidates should be aware of the values. I would also recommend that candidates research the industry so they are aware of developments in the industry.
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment day involved a number of different exercises including testing, competency interview and team building exercises. The day was challenging but the recruitment team and managers were friendly and approachable so it gave a really good idea of what it was like to work at Petrofac.
There was also an opportunity to meet with the current graduates and to ask them questions about their experience.
