What are the best and worst things about your company?
Welcoming environment. Supportive team. Huge opportunities to get engaged in a broad spectrum of work.Must be prepared to move location with 6 weeks notice during traineeship. More senior solicitors (in my team) could do more to support trainee development. Feedback for work done could be improved.
