Do some research on the company prior to the interview, look through the website and if you see anything you particularly like about it, keep that in mind as you may be asked about this.

Make sure you know what you are getting into before you apply, some people may think recruitment is all fun and games. Yes we have this 'work hard, play hard' atmosphere and working at Pro is full of perks, but you will still be expected to perform to the highest of your abilities. We have had many people 'jump' into recruitment just for the sake of having a job and earning some money. Do not do this, ensure you know what is going to be expected of you and decide if this is something which is doable.

Recruitment - people leave very suddenly! When they give their notice, they go the same day. Not much chance for byes.

Also, the incentives are really good - but quite a lot about going out for drinks, which isn't great if that's not your thing
