What are the best and worst things about your company?
RB owns some of the best known healthcare and household brands meaning you are working on market leading products. It is an exciting, fast moving company with great rewards in place. The first rotation involves field sales as do many FMCG schemes, this means that you have to be flexible on location initially.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
As a company RB gives you the opportunity to have real responsibility from day one, there is also the opportunity to explore and get involved with projects in other business functions that you may be interested in. My current roles is very target driven, this motivates on an individual level and within the wider team. RB as an organisation is very fast paced and has a culture for out-performance, meaning there will never be a dull day and plenty to get stuck in to. Working in a field based role can be quite isolated, therefore it's important that you have the motivation to succeed and to keep going. It's a very different environment than working in an office based role.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
RB to date has offered me real variety in each of my rotations, due to the fast paced environment and being so pro-active towards change and innovation the work is always interesting, new and challenging. I’ve always been given support and encouragement from the people I work with and found I’m praised for my output. Compared with experiences I’ve heard from people on other graduate schemes RB really gives you a sense of responsibility from the get go. RB knows its own mind, which means at times you can get swept up in the culture.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Flexibility and the opportunity to stretch yourself - there are a lot of possibilities to work in areas that interest me and pathways through the company can be very fast. My job allows me to sample several working areas over 2 years and build up a broader perspective of the business, an opportunity to learn an incredible amount in a short space of time. Whatever you put into your job at RB you will get back out.During the scheme, there is a lot of learning and by the time you feel like you are comfortable in a role, it's time to move on. This has its benefits as you are always learning and never get bored but there isn't as much time to deliver in each role.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
You are given huge amounts of responsibility right from the start - with big brands and a lean structure - so, if you're up to the task, they'll let you lead it! Generally speaking employees are very young and dynamic so you're guaranteed to work in a high energy environment. If you don't like the sink or swim vibe; you'll find RB pretty intense! (If you do though, you'll thrive.)
