Salary Comments
Can vary on experience. anything between 45k to 65k depending on experience.
What hours do you actually work, on average? 8amto 7pm.
There is no set finish time.. you stay until the end - i.e when the trading desk finish up, you stay around to clear up. Average days are between 8am to 7pm. On a good day - 8.30am to 5.30pm. the worst I've ever done is 8am to 9.30pm when the systems are down (which is surprisingly often!)
With the benefit of hindsight, would you choose to do this job again?
Probably not

Work for an American bank if you want more money, not an 80% government owned bank because you'll be less likely to get a bonus or a pay rise anytime soon.
