What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Study up for the SQL tests. Be aware that the industry is tough, so you have to be a strong-willed person to complete the graduate scheme. Also, stick to your guns and carry out your plan for the scheme in full to get the most out of it - networking and people are your best allies to do this!

Be honest, be sales-oriented and be comfortable explaining things in full. Preferably look into sales techniques beforehand.
