Range of high profile work, responsibility and career development opportunities. Open door policy and very few signs of a hierarchical culture. Hours can be long.

The people are fantastic, there is a truly open door policy with even the most senior people and you are always made to feel respected and trusted with the work you do.There is no gym in the building.

Excellent clients, good support, various opportunities for learning and development, friendly atmosphere.Few international secondment opportunities but client secondments still very valuable.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The opportunities to be exposed to a wide range of legal areas, including working on cross-departmental teams and/or working for clients across a variety of industries (including secondment opportunities).Similar to other large global law firms, there is a considerable amount of hierarchy and this may at times have a less positive impact on teamwork.
