What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you will be able to handle working under pressure & to strict time scales before you apply! Otherwise you will probably be a bit overwhelmed on deadline day. Also you need to be organised & keep on top
Do you have any interview tips?
Research the company & group, make sure you have a good understanding of what an RPO/MSP is. Think about what the risk involved in screening is/why employees need to be screened.
