What are the best and worst things about your company?
I genuinely feel valued as an employee by RM, they spend large amounts of time and resources ensuring I have the skills and knowledge required to succeed at my job. As with any large company, at times processes and procedures can get in the way of getting the job done.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Colleagues are really helpful and will take time to resolve issues or help out, regardless of workload. The graduate project is a really nice change to the day job and gets you talking to and meeting people from around the business that you wouldn't normally engage with. There is definitely an upward trend in company's growth, ambition, positive customer feedback etc. making it a good time to join.Career progression is left entirely down to you. This could be seen as a positive but many other companies have some form of rotational scheme, which automatically moves you into different areas of the business. It feels like this balance of letting you get the roles you want and having a pre-determined rotational scheme is tipped slightly too far in letting you figure it out for yourself. Staff turnover in an area that has a lot of temps, can be high. This is disruptive and wastes a lot of time retraining people. Resourcing is very tight, so if one person is away, ill, or on training, it can quickly put the pressure on an already high workload.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The career opportunities that are open to graduates - if you are willing to put the hard work in there will be routes into new roles whether horizontally or vertically. The turnover of staff and changes in direction of the company, though this is starting to stabilise.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
There is a real sense of freedom in your role, whilst still retaining advice and support from management and other areas of the business. Whilst it is hard work/lots to do, there is a genuine work life balance - no one thinks bad of you if you leave on time as everyone knows the work that individuals do. RM are paying for a CIM course to help further me and my career prospects, as well as investing a lot of time into my personal development and growth and potential barriers to myself for future roles.Genuinely can't think of any real negatives.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Lots of responsibility from the offset, thrown in at the deep end. Your talents are trusted and you can shift your role down a particular path if you are strong enough. Opportunity to do long stints working with India, was a great experience. Very reasonable with holidays, doctors appointments, expenses and more.Smaller teams means your workload will get tough at times, but at the same time the company is aware of the amount of work they're giving. Very little graduate activities and outside of work gatherings, but this could be changed if enough people forced for it! Graduate project is a great experience but should be started earlier in the role.
