Don't worry about the interview process, everyone (including the interviewers) are just as nervous as you are! Relax and learn from the experience. Prepare by reading the information about your department on the website.

Do you have any interview tips?

I work in the Centre for Environmental Data Archival (CEDA) at STFC so I was mainly asked about how best to organise file directories and some technical questions about meteorology/climatology. Make sure you understand the job requirements stated on the application as this is mainly what the questions are based around. Be honest, if you don't know an answer say so, but then say that you'd guess it to be 'this..' or say that you'd be interested to find out.

Also... remember/find out what NERC stands for! The question that I stumbled over!!
