Application Advice:

As well as work experience and relevant university work, focus on your transferrable skills. A degree won't fully prepare you for the work, you'll inevitably have no idea what you're doing when you start, but the skills you have will help you deal with that.

Interview Advice:

React well to being 'grilled' as they do that to test you under pressure.

Application Advice:

Be yourself and express your achievements aside from your academic capabilities as it is definitely a place that values integrity, team work and good communication skills over single minded intellect.

Interview Advice:

Prepare examples of situations prior to interview - e.g times you've had to work under pressure, solved a problem on your own, had to work with someone you didn't necessarily see eye to eye with.

Graduate interviews involve an assessment centre with a variety of tasks - much of this is surrounding soft skills. There is an opportunity to discuss technical ability - use this to highlight breadth in capabilities.
