What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Highly recommend this role for anyone wishing to become a chartered engineer, whilst being supported by respected and knowledgeable engineers within the industry.

Video Interview - This consisted of answering questions that appear on screen, for them then to be answered via a recording webcam, within the allotted time.
Assessment Centre - 2 day event (accommodation and travel paid for). 1st day was a warm welcome to the company with an informal meal with the assessors (This was a great way to ease your nerves and getting to know the employees of the company, making day 2 much more relaxed).
2nd day consisted of a competancy interview, technical interview, giving a presentation to the assessors, team work exercise and writted exercise.
