What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you're successful in the assessment centre and you're told which department you'll be working in, try not to be overwhelmed by the joy of getting a job and ask what positions are available in the department and find what position they might be aiming to put you in so you can consider what you're immediately moving into.

They're not looking for the rude person who forces their point across. Be friendly but persuasive. Don't let other applicants try to bully you around and take control. If you've got a good idea make sure you say it and pay attention to detail.
