What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000

Start: 7:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would say actually take the time to research the company. Have a look at what the future of the company looks like after reprocessing ends on plant.
Do you have any interview tips?
It may have changed so please take my advice with a pinch of salt.
The assessment centre I was on was fairly straight forward. There is a technical and a competency based interview. For competency have some examples/ stock answers at the ready. Think about times where you have introduced a change in a place of work for example.
Mention that you like outdoor activities if applicable. An issue Sellafield has is that Cumbria is remote hence you want to show them that you will enjoy living in the area as well as enjoying the job.
