What are the best and worst things about your company?
Every day is different, it's great to see a project grow before your eyes. Lovely working outside when the weather is nice. Having a good laugh with the lads on site.Hours... having to get up early everyday and then the bad traffic on the way home. Location of the work is not the most convenient always, unless you're willing to travel around with the job.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Being able to get onto site and witness the project being built in front of your eyes, rather than on a computer in an office. The construction industry in the UK is notorious for working long hours and as a member of a site team you are also expected to work these hours. It is important to have hobbies outside of work to be able to enjoy when you leave for the day as this allows you to leave your work at work.
