What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

1.You need to make sure your answers are relevant and sell you as the candidate.
2. Identify your strengths and weaknesses and try to sell on your strengths and show that your are willing to learn and improve on those weaknesses.
3. Your answers should be concise yet get the point across in simple terms. Avoid any complications.

Do you have any interview tips?

1.Make sure you have done your research about the company and know their financial and commercial position within the industry. In other words, you need to be commercialy aware and be aware of the company's competitors.
2.Ensure you know your CV inside out and be prepared to answer any questions.
3.To gain great confidence set yourself typical interview questions and rehearse the answers. You should not however sound rehearsed during the interview and being spontaneous is always good.
4. Make sure you have some relevant questions to ask the interviewers.
