Show that you can be a strong team player but also produce strong independent work when necessary. Maybe include some examples of previous occurrences of this. Show a passion to work for the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
Don't ever try to bend the truth about yourself on the application. No question has a right answer as employers are trying to gauge how you are as a person, just as much as your skill set so answering dishonestly will not get you anywhere as it will not reflect how you are.
