How would you describe your job in 2-3 lines?

Positives: reasonably varied interesting work, good support in acquiring new skills, opportunity to work alongside industry experts.
Negatives: the nature of the work is not very creative.
What qualifications and skills are needed to be great at this job?
Good analytical skills and an interest in working with and interpreting numbers. Developed excel knowledge. Very good time management and people skills.
