Job Review
Graduate Planning Consultant , Planning Consultant at Strutt & Parker
at Strutt & Parker

What are the best and worst things about your job? Best:
Seem very keen to focus on training graduates up to a high standard.

The team is very friendly and someone is always willing to help - there is a good team spirit.

Importance is placed on making sure the team is happy - and that any issues are overcome.

Everyone is always welcoming ideas on how to improve / suggestions to improve things that may not be as good as they could be.

Good range of people within the office

I really enjoy getting involved with the proposals and contacting clients / contractors / getting to know policy and the processes of the planning world
Relatively small office - although this can also be seen as a good thing.
