Mention your strength and weaknesses. Be honest about them, so as both yourself and your potential future employer would work on both and allocate you the role that best serves the forgoing. It would be counter-productive to shy away from your weaknesses because Tamdown would really help overcome them. Simply, present your self well and don't hide your true personality.

Application Advice:

When applying for the graduate role at Tamdown make sure to give the company as much information about yourself as possible. For example, your qualifications, your past job experiences and your hobbies. With Tamdown I felt like it was important they knew where I wanted to go in my career so give them an insight into areas you would like to explore and things you would like to achieve by working for the company.

Interview Advice:

My main tip will be just be yourself, which I know is cliché. The process for the grad programme has 3 stages, and even though the first stage isn't labelled as an 'interview', it is. They will see how you are as a person and like myself for an example, I wasn't as qualified as some other candidates but because they could see the person I was and how I interacted with people, I believe this helped me a lot.
