Don't get thrown off by anything they might say, stay composed and be confident.
In group activities on the assessment centre, make sure your voice is heard within the group.
"Give me an example of a time or experience where you have failed or been unable to complete a task." - This is a bit of a twist on the 'what is your biggest weakness?' question. Be prepared for things like this, show self awareness, and don't just get stuck in interview mode.
