Be yourself and honest. Look at key competencies needed in any workplace as a foundation and get some experience in building relationships within a corporate environment. This is key!
Do you have any interview tips?
Again, be yourself. Rehearse your competency answers, but you need to have a human element there. You are trying to show the interviewer what you can provide them, not trying to trick them into giving you a job. If you've got to the interview stage, you've passed the initial screenings and meet the basic requirements, so go into the interview and show them how much they need you.
