What are the best and worst things about your company?
Ability to immerse yourself in so many different business functions and accrue extensive business and industry knowledge. Ability to take ownership of your role and responsibilities and have a serious level of accountability for your projects/programme/support area, etc...Being such a large organisation and seeming as we are undergoing such rapid international expansion, at times it can feel like there are not clear or identifiable solutions to business/project problems. But this is what makes it all the more challenging.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The amount of support you get during the training period. Also, a great, friendly international atmosphere in the office full of young, ambitious and positive people.Location (Watford); working overtime without additional pay which is being ignored by managers.
