Our finance graduate scheme was introduced in 2011 to create a pipeline of future finance leaders and has been an overwhelming success, with many of our graduates quickly progressing to senior finance positions both in the UK and across the Group. We are delighted to once again be able to offer an opportunity for One ambitious Finance graduate to join our team.
The scheme
Our unique graduate scheme offers you a breadth of experience with rotations across both Group and UK finance functions including:
- FSSC (Payroll, Billing, Credit Control and Process Improvement)
- Financial and Management Accounts
- Internal Audit
- Group Finance
- Group Tax
- Investor Relations
You will benefit from full study support towards the ACA qualification, expert coaching, mentoring, and training. Study support at Hays will include full funding for your exams, materials, and tutorial sessions as well as up to 40 days study leave over the 3 years of the Graduate Program. In addition to this, you will receive a competitive starting salary increasing annually (subject to achieving set development goals), an annual bonus, access to onsite gym and a range of benefits and discounts available through our staff benefits portal.
About you
We are looking for an ambitious, talented individual who has recently graduated or is due to graduate in 2023. You will be an enthusiastic, fast learner with the ability to adapt and integrate into many different teams and environments. An ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and numerical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
