What are the best and worst things about your company?
'Open-door' policy: the ability to talk to who you want, when you want (within reason), without feeling uncomfortable. Laid back but professional approach. Friendly atmosphere. Great opportunity for promotion and progression within the company.Working in the 'grey'- at times there is no quantifiable answer, a lot is based on gut feeling which can lead to clashing opinions. Hardly a 'worst', but the biggest negative I could think of.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
- A very welcoming and open company to work for. - Many varying career prospects. - No two days are the same- differing tasks to do everyday. - A fantastic training scheme to ease you into your job. - Many other graduates starting at the same time as you- many others in your position. - A lot of travel- you won't spend 5 days a week in the office. - 8am start on a Monday.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The company genuinely is friendly and operates a non-hierarchical system. This makes it a pleasant place to work with supportive and happy people! Travel opportunities are vast and keep the job interesting and exciting- we get to see the results of our work. Progression is supported and encouraged, most people see themselves promoted within a year. There is a certain degree of pressure to build relationships quickly and this plays a big part in your ability to progress in the company.
