What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be passionate about product and the off price 'treasure hunt' model.
You start on the graduate scheme in the merchandising function before being able to move in to buying. It's very important that you have an appreciation for both functions then. Anyone entirely focused on buying alone tends to not enjoy the grad scheme.
