What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure you are keen to take on a lot of change and that you are willing to be adaptable as you will change role and most likely country every 3 months.
You must speak another language, have worked abroad for 6 months and have some commercial experience.

Show the ability to work in different cultures, be open and confident in new environments and incorporate the TUI values in to responses where you can.
TUI want talented people, but they also really want people that everyone wants to work with.
