What are the best and worst things about your company?
Amazing company with a good reputation, good career progression and pay, interesting and varied work Takes a while to get going for new starters, as in getting computer software installed so limits the work you can do.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The job is really interesting, with tons of opportunities to take on responsibility really early on. I've been given actual projects to manage myself, as opposed to just being assigned individual tasks which is really rewarding. You have to be motivated to get things done yourself though. I had a tough time with the recruitment process - it was quite drawn out, and the video interview was really difficult. I was initially rejected for the role but was later called up and offered a space, and I'm so glad I waited around for it.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Flexibility and a wide range of disciplines you can learn about. You are learning in a fast paced environment and everyone is willing to help.Occasionally it can be quite difficult to keep a project moving as there can be a lot of constraints which can be demotivating

What are the best and worst things about your company?
You get lots of exposure to different areas of the business during placements and can basically design your own first year doing placements where you like which is pretty good. Good exposure to EMT and SMT. Seems like a slightly backwards graduate scheme - you often don't understand the exact role you are signing yourself up to and it isn't really based on your performance during placements. People manage to manoeuvre transfers for themselves within the business but this is often done in a pretty underhand way. Think it will be challenging to progress to management as people rarely leave the company and when they do middle management positions are very rarely re-filled.
