Do you have any interview tips?
Know what function you want to apply to and show a passion for it with strong reasoning for wanting to work in that area, but also show an appreciation of the multidisciplinary nature of Unilever.
Use the 'STAR' telephone interview technique or something similar - structured answers are really important. And all interviews will have competency based questions so prepare examples that relate to the Unilever core qualities stated on their website (bias for action, growth mindset etc...)
