What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Actively seek to go and meet Unipart at a recruitment fair, they attend the recruitment fair at the NEC - This is an excellent opportunity to meet the graduate scheme team and also current and past graduates!

Do you have any interview tips?
My biggest piece of interview advice would be that during the 2 day assessment centre it is important to remember that you aren't competing against one another for a job.
Unipart are unique in that they are not fixed in the number of people they recruit... they recruit exceptional people.
This could mean only one from the assessment day, or all 10 for example!
Therefore help one another in presentation tasks and reflect with one another after being interviewed.
Employees are at the heart of this company and they will be looking to see how you are engaging with one another during the 2 days.
