What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You should have an understanding of why you want to work at Volkswagen Group UK - you do not have to have an interest in cars, but you should be passionate about the Company and what it stands for. Work experience is not essential but it will definitely help your application. Look at the competencies that the Graduate Scheme is asking for and show how you have demonstrated these previously throughout your application – make sure you use different examples but also relevant ones!

Do your research! Make sure you have an understanding of industry trends and an understanding of each brand and their respective target markets. Don’t worry though, you are not expected to know everything!
