What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Thoroughly research Wellcome and their values. Make sure you actually answer the questions and don't just copy and paste from other application forms! Finally, Wellcome isn't just for people with a science degree! If you're from an arts background, like myself, play it to your advantage and show how you can offer a different perspective or type of thinking.

Don't be afraid to show your enthusiasm! If you can, relate each answer back to Wellcome's mission. Draw on a variety of examples, especially those from outside your degree as this shows you're a well-rounded individual. Try and think of a couple of questions to ask them as this shows you are really interested.
