What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared for a mini phone interview- this is after you send your application but before the online tests. It isn't anything to worry about, simple questions about yourself but is very unexpected!

Be confident and make sure your voice is heard during the group activity- don't focus too much on the outcome of the activity you're given as that isn't what they are looking at.
