What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure you know your CV through and through. I was asked about elements of my covering letter during the interview (for example if you mention a WSP project then make sure you research it prior to the interview) which could catch people out if they insert a generic project name into their covering letter.
Do you have any interview tips?
There is likely to be a team exercise as part of the interview day - make sure you don't shy away and make your voice heard. It can be intimidating in a room with other candidates who may sound more confident than you feel but concentrate on your own performance.
