Whichever area you join, you’ll learn business fast. The two-year scheme involves placements across our UK & Ireland business with responsibility from day one, alongside excellent training in leadership and business. We’ll support you in achieving Chartered status and qualifications such as CIMA, IMechE, IchemE, IEE and CIPD. When the programme ends, you’ll move into a management role.

Qualifications Required: We look for minimum of a 2.2 degree from any discipline, except in Research & Development where we have specific degree requirements. For our R&D Future Leaders Programme we look for Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Science or any related discipline. For our R&D summer and industrial placements we look for Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering only.
