Best: The diversity of the different attractions and locations worldwide which makes it possible to gain a lot of international work experience. I am not only able to work at a company with different brands but I also have the chance to work together with people from all over the world.

Worst: There are lots of career opportunities that are offered meaning it is difficult to make a decision. There is so much to explore at Merlin that you don’t want to miss out on an opportunity.

Its Accelerate program is a very unique and promising one for those who desire managerial duties in the hospitality and tourism business.
