How would you describe your job in 2-3 lines?My job is to line manage a team of Section Managers and Partners to deliver excellent sales, customer service, shop floor standards and business initiatives. Ensuring a successful business.

What do you do actually do on a day-to-day basis?Check sales. Influence and lead a team. Have meetings with key stake holders. Organise and run my department.

What are the main positives and negatives of your job?Positives- Excellent company to work for. Fast paced. Lots of fun. Great interaction with people.
Negatives- Can be stressful. Long hours around Xmas and weekends.

What qualifications and skills are needed to be great at this job?Qualifications- A degree (for graduate scheme)
Skills- People, commerciality, organised, quick thinker

What are the best and worst things about your company specifically?Best- Excellent benefits and development support.
Worst- Very high expectations

What are your real working hours?9am to 6pm. Once a week till 9pm. One weekend a month. Previously however I did every other weekend and 2 late nights a week.

What is the salary for this role (in £s)?£33,000 - £35,000. That is including a bonus that varies year to year and is received at the end of the financial year.
