What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure it is the role you want before applying, look through how you can progress, what it involves and prepare some questions to ask at the aptitude tests or interview. Make sure you are competent at maths and English if you are applying.

Be yourself. Motts is a very friendly company and if you've made it to the interview stage they will be more than likely judging your personality and see how you'll fit in as opposed to knowledge on questions they ask you! Put effort in, seem keen and have a smile on your face and you'll be golden!
