What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I would advise people to be themselves, to try and stay relaxed and be honest. Make sure they go into a role they enjoy and have an interest in doing.

Do you have any interview tips?

I was firstly given a phone interview, where I was asked a few questions e.g.

1. Give an example of when you've worked as part of a team
2. Why do you want to work for the company?

Then I had a second interview which consisted of a team activity in which you had to study some photos and discuss any safety hazards. Then as a group you had to present the hazards to the employers there. Then lastly I had to write a letter explaining why I wanted to work for the company and what attracted me about the company etc.
