What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show that you are willing to apply yourself and have a 'willing-to-learn' attitude. I think everyone would say their own industry is pretty complicated, and I feel that is particularly true of the energy sector. The amount of things I know now which I couldn't have thought of before are crazy - so it is important to come in appreciating that there is a lot to learn! It's also a good idea to have an rough understanding of the Domestic energy market (the big 6, Small and medium sized competitors e.g OVO and the Smart meter rollout should be enough!)
