What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You should show high levels of emotional intelligence to work at Brightsource. Demonstrating that you can read signals and are understanding of people's needs are key attributes here. You also need to be able to show you are willing (and not afraid to) adapt to changing situations. Flexibility as well as a desire to look at things from a new angle will give you the edge here.
Do you have any interview tips?
Give real-life examples (outside of academic achievements) of where you have delivered projects, managed your time effectively and moved out of your comfort zone! Be professional. Remember, many of the roles here at Brightsource are client facing as well as being personable, you need to show a high level of professionalism - what you wear, your manner etc.
