What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you are pursuing a career as a software developer the best thing to do before applying is to challenge yourself and learn more about programming. Although previous experience isn't always required, it definitely helps because it proves that you are willing to continue learning.
Do you have any interview tips?
At the right moment, present any personal project that you built, speak about what you liked, what went wrong or what could be improved. Be honest, communicate clearly as the interviewers will look at your soft skills because the technical skills will be developed throughout the scheme.
