What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Building a client relationship from cold and being able to retain business with them in the future.
Worst
Missing an opportunity with a client- usually if they come to us a few days after another agency so we are late to the recruitment process and therefore have less opportunity to find the right candidate.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
