Best
Competition time during business development both in your own branch and nation wide.
Worst
If you want to build your desk you may need to sacrifice some time in the evening during the new academic year to help build after summer.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to be a team player, although you will be running your own desk there is a lot of help and support from team members. Don't be scared to ask questions even if it seems silly.
